Both MACRO-EMBOSSING and standard embossing units (steel to rubber) and MICRO-EMBOSSING (steel to wool-paper) units can be installed on ROTOMAC machines to produce rolls with different levels of high-resolution drawings, patterns, or logos.

ALUFOIL
ROTOMAC offers a broad portfolio of machines converting a wide range of aluminum foil for food wrapping as well as other special applications. Both standard alufoil and micro-embossed foil can be processed. Advanced machine equipment is available for the production of alufoil for household and professional purposes.
PAPER
ROTOMAC has several rewinding machines for converting paper rolls for the food industry. Some application possibilities include baking paper, non-sticky paper, paper with or without silicone coating, parchment paper, waxed paper, and more. In addition, special machinery is available for paper cloth as well as for paper rolls for professional purposes.
FILM
ROTOMAC is a supplier of rewinding machines for the highly productive, efficient converting of plastic film. A variety of solutions, including an automatic changing system for mother rolls, is available to further boost performance in the converting process. All machines and technical equipment are suitable for converting film for either household or professional purposes. A special, flexible machine version can serve either application. Additional machine accessories for perforation and micro-perforation are also available.
PACKAGING
ROTOMAC also offers packaging systems, such as cartoning machines, shrink wrapping machines, and case packers, which can be connected to the rewinding and embossing units by means of conveyor belts and feeding units, forming a fully automatic and integrated production line.
