With these words, the President of the Bergamo branch of ANMIL – Associazione Nazionale fra Lavoratori Mutilati e Invalidi del Lavoro – opened his speech during a meeting held as part of the “Emotional Training for Workplace Safety” project, promoted in collaboration with Confindustria Bergamo.
IMS Technologies enthusiastically joined this initiative, recognizing the value of spreading a culture of prevention and the importance of raising awareness among employees through the direct testimony of those who have experienced a workplace accident and are still dealing with its consequences.
This kind of experience – engaging, authentic, and deeply emotional – proves to be more effective than traditional training, as it fosters greater awareness and a deeper sense of responsibility toward safety in the workplace.
