Flexible Packaging The LAEM SC55 unloader is used for discharging slit reels into the given formats either into a vertical position or into a horizontal position and consists of a sturdy steel structure, carrying two arms to load the reels coming from the slitter, which have the possibility to move in height and to rotate from horizontal to vertical position; its baseframe is mounted on a slide that can move the whole tower back and forth from the rewinding shafts area to the rollers-bed conveyor and to a pallet loading area (depending upon working cycle).
LAEM SC55 can also feature a core loading tool, working in synchrony with the cores buffering station and with the unloading process to avoid unnecessary downtimes.
This powerful tool can work very heavy reels and all kinds of formats, depending upon the downstream conveyor systems provided.
