Tobacco The slitter rewinder GOEBEL Rapid D1 is based on a center driven rewinding concept and features a very well tested slitting section that guarantees perfect roll separation even with very narrow slits and difficult papers. This makes this machine the ideal choice for narrow slits.
The GOEBEL Rapid D1 represents a long-lasting success story: more than 2500 machines of this type have been built in the last many decades, and installed all over the world. Most of them are still in operation for processing a wide variety of materials such as many kind of papers and specialty papers, cigarette, plug wrap and tipping paper as well as many other kinds of papers.
The main characteristics of the GOEBEL Rapid D1 are:
- Narrow slits down to 5 mm.
- Winding diameter up to 1,000 mm.
- Optimum separation of finished rolls.
- Extremely high print-to-cut accuracy.

- Lifting table for loading the mother roll into the unwinder.
