Paper & Board The GOEBEL MPW is a compact, highly productive machine that works with a turret winder and three rewind shafts. This solution is designed for working a wide spectrum of paper and board categories, including coated and uncoated papers, pressure-sensitive papers, plotter rolls and self-adhesive laminated papers, but it is also a good choice for converting hot stamping, vehicle or plastic and self-adhesive foils.
As a special feature, the GOEBEL MPW features a coreless technology allowing to wind with or without core, thus offering the possibility to choose the method that best suits your production requirements. With the coreless winding option, GOEBEL MPW eliminates the need for paper core, reducing waste and further enhancing sustainability while maintaining top-quality winding.
The machine covers the entire manufacturing process from cutting through winding, banding, labelling to final packaging of the finished rolls. Moreover, it displays a compact, state-of-the-art design and offers excellent winding quality thanks to IMS Technologies’ proven slitting and winding technologies.
The GOEBEL MPW can be complemented by a downstream line consisting of:

– stretch packaging unit;
– heat shrink tunnel;
– case packer;
– labelling unit;
– palletizing station.
