The IMS DOC150 presents an optimal solution for converters facing the need to rectify damaged rolls, whether it involves salvaging small remnants, eliminating scrap from rolls, or simply assessing the quality of their rolls.
- Loading and unloading of the rolls to the floor manually, with lifting table or with pivoting shaftless (depending on the model) Reverse winding and bi-directional unwinding is available on all models.
- Suitable for processing reels with damaged and crushed cores (cone chucks).
- Prepared for the installation of inspection system and trimming unit.
- Dedicated thermo-welding splice table with adjustable incline specifically designed for aseptic packaging or any other type of customised splice unit.
- Inspection unit with cameras or other customised devices.
