Household & Institutional Rolls Our top-loading cartoning machine is purpose-built for packing various catering rolls—such as aluminum rolls, baking paper rolls, and cling film rolls—into fluted cartons, catering specifically to the food industry. This versatile cartoning machine seamlessly connects to one or more automatic rewinding machines, optimizing output and efficiency.
Comprising a carton erector, a compact robot for swift roll insertion into cartons, and a carton closing device, this system offers comprehensive packaging solutions.
The carton erector comes in two variants:
– Model ROTOMAC 635: for folded and pre-glued cartons;
– Model ROTOMAC 655: for flat (unfolded and un-glued) cartons.
The filling and sealing device for cartons model ROTOMAC 645 complete the roll packaging process.
Specially designed cartons offer robust support for rolls without requiring additional suspension devices or core plugs made of plastic or other materials.
With a design aimed at reducing cardboard consumption and minimizing carton costs, the blank maximizes efficiency while minimizing material usage.
The top-loading cartoner can be equipped with additional downstream equipment for labeling, feeding plastic blades, printing, bundling, and wrapping, providing a comprehensive packaging solution.
