In December 2024, IMS Technologies reached another important milestone in its sustainability journey: the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification for the Environmental Management System implemented at its Calcinate facility, Bergamo (Italy).
This certification highlights IMS’s dedication to protecting the environment by adopting a structured approach to identifying, managing, and minimizing the impacts of its industrial activities. Thanks to the Environmental Management System, the company can continuously improve its environmental performance, delivering numerous tangible benefits:
• more efficient use of raw materials and optimization of management costs
• reduction of waste and emissions
• decrease in energy consumption
• environmental protection and responsible resource use
• ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Among the initiatives already implemented, the installation of photovoltaic systems at the facility represents a significant step forward. Solar panels enable the company to improve overall energy efficiency by self-generating electricity from renewable sources.
Additionally, the publication of the latest edition of the Coeclerici Group’s Sustainability Report further emphasizes our commitment to ESG principles, driving sustainable growth across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
